Additional Motion Request

As part of the requirements for an AGM, notice must be provided in writing and provided to lot owners between 14 and 21 days prior to the date of the meeting. The notice will include the date, time and location of the meeting, an agenda, financial statements and a proposed budget and proxy forms.

In accordance with cl.35 (3) sch.2 of the Act, no general business may be discussed at a meeting. If you would like to include an item for discussion at your next AGM, please use the form below to make a submission.
