New Clients

As part of our personalised and local service offering, when we are contacted by a new client we ask to first visit the property and meet with the current or intended Executive Committee of the Owners Corporation.

We then provide you with an individualised quote, including an overview of the specific services we provide and the associated costs.

If you decide to work with Chapman Strata, we will walk you through the requirements to formalise our relationship, including the requirements for an Extraordinary General Meeting.
