Chapman Strata is a proudly locally owned and operated family business, offering a comprehensive service with no hidden costs or disbursement payments.

We are one of only a handful of licensed Strata managers in the Hunter region and have the added benefit of a firm understanding of the property market through our sister organisation Chapman Property.

At Chapman Strata, we provide a full range of services beginning with the initial set-up of a strata, through to the preparation of by-laws and management of the complex. We have an extensive range of expertise and are also able to provide one-off advice for specific queries or issues.

Established in 1984, we now operate with a team of nine staff, overseeing over 300 separate registered Owners Corporation and liaising with over 2,000 separate property owners.

Our portfolio consists of smaller units right up to larger scale properties and encompasses both residential and commercial or industrial requirements.

As part of the professional services offered at Chapman Strata we undertake annual property inspections, manage the financial aspects, attend to minor insurance claims, arrange for maintenance requirements and advise owners on all aspects of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

At Chapman Strata we embrace technologies and platforms in order to manage your property efficiently and communicate vital information more effectively.

Our Strata Managers are moving towards a paperless office utilising digital filing technologies, meaning should you have a question regarding your property the answer is only a click away.
